The Role Your Responsibilities Will Include - Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition
- Develop effective collection techniques as they relate to groups such as pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Properly package each specimen and ensure that every specimen is delivered to the laboratory on time or Handover to runner on the time.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area based on state health laws and the guidelines of our medical organization
- Answer patient questions regarding collection techniques and offer additional resources on the collection process if a patient requests them
Ideal Profile Requirements - CMLT/ D.MLT /B.sc MLT /Phlebotomy Certify Diploma/Graduate 1-4 years Total Experience (Blood / Urine Body Fluid)
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.

- Strong Technical skills and an eye for detail
- Must know about proper disposable of Biomedical Waste Management
- Should know about Pre-analytical error and how it's prevent.
- Should know about Complication management
- Should Know about spill Management
- Able to collect both Method Close system(Vacutainer) and Open System(Syringe)
