We are looking for a safety centric Head of Security to organize and oversee all security operations and emergency preparation & response for our company in partnership with our Impact, People & Culture, Legal, and InfoSec teams. You will collaborate closely with leaders within the organization to understand their business requirements for developing, implementing, and monitoring a strategic, integrated, and comprehensive enterprise Security & Emergency Preparedness program. As the Head of Security, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills and will need a strong commitment to security best practices and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. And finally, your goal will be to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors, attendees, partners, and property are safe and well-protected. This position reports to the Office of the CEO.
AnitaB.org is proud to offer a remote, distributed workplace. Please know we cannot accommodate remote work outside of the United States. The salary range for this position is $161,200 - $178,470, plus competitive benefits, including health insurance and a 403(b) discretionary match.
