Job description
Join our team as an experienced Azure Platform full-stack developer, playing a crucial role in impacting small-to-medium-sized eCommerce businesses. You'll work on a scalable system handling over 2 million events daily during peak e-commerce periods like Black Friday.
Responsibilities Design and implement Azure Platform solutions and APIs in an e-commerce context. Develop scalable architectures with Clean Architecture and Domain Driven Design. Build and manage client-side and server-side architecture, databases, and applications. Ensure software responsiveness, efficiency, security, and data protection. Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to ideate and improve software. Qualifications 3+ years of experience with .NET Core and proven track record in full stack development. Proficiency in Azure Cloud solutions, specifically SQL Azure and Microsoft Azure PaaS and SaaS. Experience with PostgreSQL, distributed systems, and enterprise-grade cloud data platforms. Strong familiarity with front-end and back-end languages and frameworks. Ability to work independently and remotely, effectively managing priorities and performance. Compensation Competitive gross salary ranging from $27,000 to $55,000 USD/Year, based on experience and performance. A minimum 10% annual bonus. 25 paid vacation days 12 sick days (+ a few days if you have kids) Interview process Initial Phone Call : This is an introductory call to understand the candidate's background, aspirations, and fit for the role. It's a chance for both parties to get acquainted. Take-Home Coding Challenge : Candidates who progress are given a coding assignment. This stage tests their practical coding skills and problem-solving approach in a real-world context. Technical Interview : Following the coding challenge, a technical interview is conducted to delve deeper into the candidate's technical knowledge and assess how they approach complex problems. This streamlined process enables a swift turnaround, exemplified by a record of completing the hiring process within one week, from initial contact to offering a contract.
