Description
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce digital and print creative solutions to address our internal communications needs. You'll be the one to shape the visual aspects of our communications, including print and digital posters, logos, email banners, backdrops, manuals, flyers, brochures, presentations, e-learning material etc. Your graphics should capture the attention of viewers and communicate the right message. If you have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design, and if you can communicate well and work methodically and collaboratively as part of a team, this is an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic creative team.
Responsibilities:
.Study design briefs and determine requirements.
.Plan and illustrate concepts by designing draft layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, fonts, typography and related aesthetics.
.Coordinate with internal teams, in the design concept phase through completion of a project, following set guidelines, processes and systems.
.Obtain approval of concepts by preparing draft layouts for review and amending designs for feedback.
.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
.Coordinate with vendor as needed to complete projects, and ensure deadlines are met.
.Maintain technical knowledge by self-training and keeping updated on latest tools and design trends.
Requirements:
.Proven full time corporate work experience of 4-7 years as a Graphic Designer.
.Portfolio of completed design projects.
.Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Mandatory tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Microsoft Office. (Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD a plus)
.Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
.Attention to visual details. Ability to meet short deadlines, self-prioritize and multi-task.
.Analytical skills, Time-management skills, Communication skills, Creativity, Flexibility
.Open to feedback and handling iterations and rejections with patience.
.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
.Graduation/Diploma in design or visual arts, or any relevant field.
