Job description
Job Title: F&B Controls Executive Job Location: Goa Work Experience: 2-4yrs Qualification - Diploma/Degree in Restaurant or Hotel Management Compensation: 20-25k per month
Overall responsibility of F&B controls in restaurants and stores incl. taking kitchen and bar inventory and creating reports. Responsibilities: Knowledge of F&B softwares and systems in the market Knowledge of how purchases and requisitions work Basic knowledge of liquor brands and different types of food ingredients Taking physical inventory at outlets of bar, kitchen and store Coordinating with Head Chef and Bartender to understand restaurant processes Collecting and cross checking data of purchases, recipes, sales Creating and maintaining ingredient and recipe masters Suggesting inputs for improving and controlling F&B costs Collating data to create reports Generating reports including MIS, costing, variance, spoilage, wastage, NC and menu engineering Monitoring any discrepancies, and take appropriate actions Coordinating with the Internal Audit to minimize the variances and spoilages on a monthly basis Compare the monthly food and beverage purchases with the Account Payables Perform any other duty as requested by his/her superiors Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departmentsJob tags
