Specific / Relevant Experience At least 3-5 years of experience working in a healthcare industry. Currently heading a unit with more than 500 beds

• Accounting Software (Oracle & Tally) • MS Office
Objective:
To maintain all financial controls & systems within the business identifying and recommending potential operational efficiencies and improvements to working practices and procedures from financial and business perspectives
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Responsibilities:
- Is responsible for the operational budgets & cost controls.
- Is responsible for profit and loss, expense budgets- forecasting/ cost busters, capital budgets, cash flows.
2. Process and Systems:
Is overall responsible for -
- Inventory Management systems
- Slow moving non- moving items
- Total inventory reduction
- Streamlining of stores and storage areas
- Cost control module for all procedures
- Work Order systems.
- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable.
- Discharge Process and TPA process.
- Billing Process
3. General Ledger:
- Creation of Departments, Service offerings
- Creation of Natural accounts
- Creation of Journal Categories
- Defining Cross Validation Rules
- Defining Security rules
- Maintaining Document Sequencing
- Assigning Document Sequencing
- Maintaining currencies
- Passing Journal entries
- Posting JE
- Journal Reversals
- Open GL Periods
- Close GL Periods
- AP, AR, FA, CM Overview of all other sub modules, which is necessary to close the GL period
- MIS & Audit
- Develops MIS Modules for Management Information systems, Payrolls systems.
- Ensures all MIS reports for up line reporting are streamlined.
- Ensures all legal provisions re-licensing and taxes are adhered to and fees and other statutory payments are done on time.
- All Aspects of MIS of health care from Finance Vertical
- Development of MIS reports
- Reporting MIS on timely manner
- Statutory Audit
- Internal Audit
- Tax Audit
6. Training and Development
- Ensuring that all team members are trained at least 8 man-hours of training every month
- Attend the specified man hours of training every month
- Ensures that daily briefing is done with all team members
- Facilitates employee engagement and team morale in coordination with the HR department
