Job description
About the Role To ensure compliances related to related party transactions in terms of ALP, Statutory and SEBI Reporting, Omnibus Approval etc. to ensure compliances are done as per applicable government regulations and legislation.
Key Responsibilities 1. Ensuring compliances related to related party transactions in terms of ALP, Statutory and SEBI Reporting, Omnibus Approval etc. 2. Work in Collaboration of business team, secretarial team and ACE team to ensure timely compliance and books closure. 3. Ensure Board deliverables related to quarterly publishing of financial statements of the company. 4. Establish timely review of Balance Sheet of related entities and segments to ensure CARO, RPT, SEBI and other statutory compliances 5. Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with government regulations and legislation. 6. Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies. 7. Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations 8. Ensure month-end closing process by reviewing key movements on financial Segment entity level as per the closing checklist. 9. Responsible for preparation of DTR schedules / Balance sheet. 10. Creating templates for actual reporting, Information submission and corporate reporting. 11. Managing the Quarterly Statuary Audits, proactive measures to avoid Audit Issues, SUD / SAD and improve controls.
