Roles and Responsibilities
. Managing MIS activities for a large CS-SD business unit
. Presenting KPI/SLA/financial performance/Business dashboard of the engagements to the Senior Leadership on a weekly/month basis
. Driving projects towards productivity/revenue/staffing/profitability improvement
. Should manage a team of MIS analysts
. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts from office
