Our Client a Fintech Software Development Company for stock broking companies.
They require following staff for their office located at Navrangpura Area of Ahmedabad.
Job Description For The Position Of Back Office Support Executive Having excellent knowledge of Payin, Payout, Demat, Stockbroker back-office Operations - Making calls to the clients, solve the queries, Inter departmental coordination,
- Provide support, service, and guidance to the client on continuous basis.
- Coordinate with HODs.
- Train back-office software at various broker locations
- Should be able to work independently.
- Escalating client queries through emails and calls
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Preferable Techexcel Software knowledge. (No branch office requires only main back office knowledge prefer)
Candidate Profile Smart, good communication skill, Problem solving capabilities, should have knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point.
Experience 1 to 5 years experience of back-office software in Stock Broking is required (Equity, derivatives, Commodity, Currency, Mutual fund, Depository etc)
Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
10:00 AM to 02:00 PM (Saturday)
Salary Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 45,000/-
