We are hiring for one of our product clients. As a Senior Engineering Manager at our productfocused company you will lead and manage a team of highly skilled engineers dedicated to creating innovative solutions that drive our product forward. Your role will be pivotal in defining and driving the technical direction of our projects ensuring the delivery of highquality products and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to define project goals scope and technical requirements.
- Architect scalable and maintainable solutions that align with our product vision leveraging your expertise in data structures algorithms and software design principles.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in software development including code reviews testing methodologies and deployment strategies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members helping them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to prioritize and deliver highimpact features and enhancements.
- Act as a handson leader contributing code and technical expertise to the development process.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 1016 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java React.js and Python.
- Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of data structures algorithms and objectoriented design principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in a leadership role with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
