Job description
Roles and responsibilities :- Implementing and delivering GRC technology services using ServiceNow GRC/IRM platform Policy and Compliance - Manage Vendor Risk Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, Business Continuity Management, and other risk manager processes.- Lead discussions and workshops with clients to create a risk-aware culture through proper technology enablement of risk-n processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.- Lead and/or support workshops to elicit customer requirements.- Design and architect solutions to automate client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.- Consistently deliver quality client services and manage expectations of client service delivery.- Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget- Provide technical guidance to project team on ServiceNow GRC/IRM concepts and best practices.- Provide guidance and over sight to members of the development team as needed.- Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge and demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledge-- Remain current on new developments in GRC/IRM technology implementation services capabilities and industry knowledge- Minimum of 8 years of ServiceNow VRM Vendor Risk Management Architect experience (Implementation/integration, enh; and production level design and development support).- At least 5 years focused on implementing ServiceNow SecOps and Vulnerability Response as Architect- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administrator, or a related field. Experience in REST/SOAP web services and API integrations.- Expertise in designing database tables and relationships.- Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management and automation platform.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions.- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agie or Warful (ref:hirist.tech)
