Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive, to manage our clients' day-to-day accounting needs and supervise our account executives' team. To be successful in the role, you should have proficiency in the Indian Accounting system and its requirements, Indian GAAP and Tax Laws – Income Tax, TDS, GST, labor laws (PT, PF, ESIC, etc.). You should be proficient with MS Office and Tally Software and have strong communication skills and a customer service attitude.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Administer accurate completion of the book of accounts & reporting systems by ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements.
- Preparing monthly reports such as budgets, MIS, cash-flow forecasting, etc.
- Handling & supporting Payroll & Compliance activities – TDS, PT, PF, and GST – Payments and filing of respective returns timely.
- Managing and tracking the performance of the team. Maintaining an excellent rapport with every team member.
- Developing strong and long-term client relationships and acting as the liaison between clients and account executives
- Coordinating all the audit activities.
- Take up leadership in strengthening communication and skill sets within the team.
- Promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate in commerce, B. Com or MBA Finance or CA – semi-qualified or similar.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in Accounting, Payroll, & Compliance (APC) functions.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- An ability to understand and analyze financial transactions and various metrics.
- Competency in ERPs, MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information & good communication skills.
