Job description

Responsibilities
• Order office stationery and supplies
• Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry.
• Submit expense reports
• Maintain a filing system for data
• Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
• Organize, store and print company documents as needed.
• Make travel arrangements
• Handles administrative tasks for faculty searches and vendors.
• Maintains accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Solves problems associated with vendors regarding shipments, billing, and statements.
• Monitors expenditures, processes payment requests for reimbursement; prepares purchase orders, purchase requisitions and ensures proper procedures for paying service providers, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements and skills • High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
• Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
• Professional appearance, courteous manner, and clear, friendly phone voice.
• Experience with office management tools (MS Office software- Excel, Word, in particular)
