Job Responsibility:

The International Cross Selling Specialist plays a crucial role in expanding the sales of products and services across international markets. This position requires a deep understanding of global markets, customer needs, and effective sales strategies. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct comprehensive research on international markets to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors. Analyze customer preferences and purchasing behaviors to develop targeted cross-selling strategies.

Sales Planning: Develop and implement sales plans for international markets, outlining objectives, strategies, and tactics to maximize cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with sales teams to set ambitious sales targets and establish metrics for measuring success.

Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organization's products and services, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Articulate the value proposition to customers and align it with their unique needs and challenges.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with the business development team to identify potential partnership opportunities and leverage existing networks to expand cross-selling capabilities.

Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations and collateral materials tailored to international markets. Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the benefits and advantages of cross-selling additional products or services.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers proactively to identify their evolving needs and provide customized solutions. Act as a trusted advisor and build long-term relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Shift: Rotational Shift with Rotational Week Off(5 days working)

Salary: Maximum Budget Up to 5.33 LPA Depends on totally on interview and experience(20% to 30% Hike given on Pervious Salary)
