Job description
Processing purchase requisitions, floating inquiries for quotations and preparing comparative statements.
Understanding of the technical aspects of the Material Requisitions and evaluation of the Quotations from Commercial aspects Techno Commercial negotiations /discussion with vendors and evaluate quotes received from vendors Releasing purchase orders and follow-up with vendors for timely delivery of material.
Logistics arrangement for delivery of material to the Customer and Coordination with transporter Preparing payment approval notes, verifying invoices with Purchase Orders and forwarding them to accounts department.
To coordinate with store department in day to day activities and maintaining inventory.
Able to communicate and establish trust and credibility with all departments, Sr. management, corporate counterparts, customers, carriers, and suppliers Strong decision-making and execution skills.
Reviewed existing processes and developed solutions to increase productivity or reduce costs Coordinates Domestic & International shipping for most cost-effective and timely means of delivery
