Job description
Eligibility:
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
Excellen drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD Adobe
Photoshop Sketch Up).
Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
B.tech or B.arch / M.arch From a reputed collage.
Responsibilities:
Work towards design development drawings (Structural Landscape and Shop
Drawings).
Control project from start to finish ensuring high quality innovative and functional
design.
Prepare construction documents and coordinate with Constructions teams. Make on
site visits to check on project status and report on project.
Assist with preparation of specifications and cost estimation for the project.
Develop ideas keeping in mind client s needs building s usage and environmental
impact.
Experience/knowledge in Commercial and Residential projects Or Hospitality .
