Role Overview: As the Finance Manager at Aevy TV, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and planning for the organization. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support our growth objectives while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide timely and accurate insights to senior management. Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets and expenses, providing guidance and support as needed. Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of financial filings. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial operations, implementing solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, making recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred. Proven experience in financial management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
