AB InBev India is looking to hire Account Executive - Claims & Receivables Management for its Finance Function based out of Bangalore . Primary Purpose of the role § Responsible for managing the day-to-day volumes related to Dispatch, collection entries, Reconciliation etc. § Ensure OTC activities are processed on time with high levels of accuracy. Work smart and impact results leading to effective customers reconciliations and claims § Responsible for the Adhoc activities from Lead and ensure 100% accuracy Key Tasks & Accountabilities Manage the day-to-day volumes by ensuring OTC (AR) deliverables in terms of reconciliation/claims processed on time and queries actioned on time Deliver operational SLAs and KPIs Should be able to work independently without many follow-ups Should have good accounting knowledge Should be able to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders Ensure daily MICS and SOX compliance during day-to-day transactions End-to-End AR process knowledge/understanding Attention to detail and accuracy Voluntarily support when required to meet Business requirements by displaying Ownership Excellent knowledge of MS office (Outlook, excel, PowerPoint etc.) Good communication skills - oral and written and lead discussions with key stakeholders Performing Root Cause analysis for recurring or high severity issues Implementing corrective action and preventive action for recurring process related issues Good knowledge on Finance ERP and reporting systems Required Knowledge, Skills & Attributes Education & Experience Level of educational attainment required: Bachelors in any discipline Previous work experience required Experience of working in OTC (Mainly AR) Language skills required English (Fluent) IT skills required Microsoft Office (mandatory) ERP (Syspro will be added advantage) Reporting Tools Personal Attributes High energy Solution-oriented and positive attitude Exceptional customer orientation Fast-mover, quick to adapt Flexibility and resilience in a fast-moving environment Integrity and professionalism And above all of this, an undying love for beer!
