Job description
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the implementation of accounting automation solutions across the
company
Work with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored automation solutions
Develop and execute project plans, including managing project scope, budget, timeline, and
resources
Manage and coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including accounting, IT, and
operations
Monitor project progress and identify and proactively address potential issues
Prepare and present MIS reports on project progress and outcomes
Keep up-to-date on the latest accounting automation technologies and trends
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience with accounting automation software and tools, such as RPA, BPM, and AI
Experience with Agile project management methodologies preferred
Acceptance Criteria:
The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in accounting and/or project
management.
The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in managing and implementing
accounting automation solutions
The candidate must have strong project management skills, including the ability to manage
multiple projects concurrently, track progress, and meet deadlines.
The candidate must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the
ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
The candidate must be able to prepare and present MIS reports.
The candidate must be a team player, go-getter, self-motivated, with good communication
skills.
Experience in team handling (more than 25-30 team members)
