Job description

Throwcode is seeking a skilled and driven Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Meta ads, Google ads.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta ads, Google ads to drive traffic, conversions, lead generation and revenue. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creation to optimize campaign performance and ensure maximum ROI. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve performance targets. Perform A/B testing and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Utilize tracking and analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for further optimization. Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure campaign strategies align with overall business objectives. Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in the performance marketing landscape. Stay informed about the latest developments and best practices in performance marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives within set cost constraints.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on Meta ads, Google ads. Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, driving measurable results and achieving performance targets. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, CVR, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). Proficiency in utilizing performance marketing platforms, such as Meta ads Manager, Google Ads. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and derive actionable insights. Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure and report on campaign performance. A/B testing experience and knowledge of best practices for ad creative optimization and landing page optimization. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
