Job description-Business Finance Manager
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing financial budgets and forecasts.
- Cash Flow Management: Analyze cash flow patterns and provide recommendations to optimize cash utilization and liquidity.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare financial reports and dashboards.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide support for financial planning and analysis.
- Work to produce monthly and quarterly KPIs, budgets
- Analyse the financial performance of the projects
- Take 100% Ownership of Finance & Accounts
- Analyze SG&A, Working capital, Cash Flow from Operations, risk and opportunities, foreign exchange impacts
Requirements:
- Min. 6 years' experience as a Chartered Accountant (financial controlling / FP&A, or similar environment)
- Additional experience outside finance is optional but could be useful
- Strong base knowledge of accounting, finance, and operational principles
- Solid budgeting/forecasting/reporting background and experience with managing multiple entities
- Ability to grow, motivate and lead a team
- Familiar with complex organizations (multicultural, wide geographical scope)
- Strong analytical reasoning
