A Client Servicing Specialist will identify the potential customers and generate business. Actively prospecting, arranging appointments, negotiating, closing, and ensuring executing the project flawless with the support of the team

· To develop strong relationships with existing clients and develop other opportunities across our range of services.
Ability to handle events and accounts for the company.
Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
Passion to overachieve targets and margins for every event.
Willingness to travel. Traveling onsite for the execution of events on short notice.
Responsible for Client Visits/meetings/ Follow-up/Corporate presentations or interacting with them via telephone or written communication.
Responsible for maintaining an accurate database about current as well as potential clients
Achieving 100% client satisfaction and client retention.
Ability to handle work pressure.
Promotional activities for events.
Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information for every event. · Monitoring performance for each key account.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Managing campaigns on social media for both client and internal.
Must have: · Should be an Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power point.
