Job Description (Posting).

Candidate should have experience on both Azure cloud technology and good in Windows server administration.

Job Description:
10 years of overall Server administration experience with a minimum of 5 years experience on Azure Infrastructure
Extensive experience in VM provisioning, configuring resources, storage accounts, resource groups, Security ports
Create and/or approve templates used to create catalog items, regularly updating the gold template used for VM deployment on cloud
Approve change requests associated with modifications to cloud resource and Define change control parameters for cloud resources.
Implement and manage Azure storage accounts, data backup and recovery solutions
Hands on experience on MS Windows administration and troubleshooting(Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016)
Experienced on MS Windows server builds and decommissions
Experience in Enterprise patch management and server hardening
Good knowledge of HP Blade servers and MS Active Directory Directory Services
Configure Backup and perform restore of VMs in azure
Create and update Azure runbooks for effective cost management
Adding/removing the servers in availability set/load balancer.
Manage access to Azure subscriptions, resources and resource groups. Assessment and migration of VMs to azure cloud.
Work with Microsoft support for OS and Azure issues.
Implement storage encryption, application gateway, local and virtual gateways, best practices from vendor
'Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (70-533)' Certification would be an added advantage
Good understanding of ITIL, ITSM processes, CMDB and ticketing tools

(1.) To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives. (4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
