Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, developing communication strategies, creating content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and writing engaging content to promote MANDIRA WIRK's products.

Qualifications
. Calling on board new Bloggers
. Calling on board new Actors
. Collaborate with past good Influencers
. Be in regular touch with all stylists
. MW personal shoot plan for IG & execute
. Collection shoot plan & execute
. Make IG content like reels & posts for feed & post them
. Post same content on YouTube, LinkedIn, FB & TikTok
. Post 9-10 new stories on IG daily
. Send new collaboration's content with all MBO's that we are working with
. Maintain Blogger's & Actor's data in excel sheet in details
. Boost content on IG
. Plan & execute MW event- Bloggers meet & greet – every month
. Plan MW podcast
. Monitor competitor's social media & influencer activities
. Regular analysis and reports- evaluate social media & maintain social media reports
. Should know how to edit photos and videos ( photoshop )
