- Good retails and commercial banking domain knowledge, exposure to branch banking.

- Define new use cases, customer journeys to improve customer experience across.

Key Skills Required :

- Good Communication Skills

- Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA, is an advantage.

- Strong Negotiation Skills
