TL (Demand) :

About the Role:
As a Team Lead for Demand in our dynamic logistic marketplace, you'll spearhead the growth of our business
by leading a team of associates to drive strategic partnerships, expand our client base, and explore new
market opportunities. Your role is pivotal in fostering relationships, identifying growth areas, and ensuring the
achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

● Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Associates, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring
alignment with company objectives
● Prospecting opportunities and identifying new business leads (acquisition of transport partners &
cargo owners)
● Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the customer base, identify new business
opportunities, and penetrate target markets
● Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members to ensure timely
and successful closure of deals
● Meet new customers regularly to open new opportunities
● Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence to identify
areas for growth and differentiation
● A good track record of client relationship management and servicing
