Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the IT department's Infrastructure Service Roadmap to align IT capabilities with business goals.
• Implement IT service strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient service delivery.
• Provide Infra technology-related solutions and thought leadership to business partners.
• Prepare the Annual IT Infrastructure Service Transformation Plan and procurement plan.
• Analyze IT Infra requirements considering business impact and strategic value.
• Strategize IT disaster recovery and oversee Business Continuity Plan implementation.
• Manage the IT service desk and incident/problem resolution processes.
• Continuously assess and improve IT service processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Ensure core IT Infrastructure and services meet agreed SLAs for high availability.
• Manage asset inventories, vendor relationships, and financial records.
• Track Capex and Opex spending for finance and audit purposes.
• Provide business tools, knowledge, and ensure compliance with cyber and physical security processes.

Skills Required:

• 7+ years of IT experience in managing IT Infra operations/service delivery.
• Experience leading IT Infrastructure Operations for Enterprises.
• Proficiency in IT service and vendor management.
• Strong strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and policy development skills.
• Knowledge of private and public cloud computing standards.
• Background in Infrastructure design and operations.
• Strong technical and Project Management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications in IT service management, project management, or cyber security are desirable.
