Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the IT department's Infrastructure Service Roadmap to align IT capabilities with business goals.
- Implement IT service strategies, policies, and procedures for efficient service delivery.
- Provide Infra technology-related solutions and thought leadership to business partners.
- Prepare the Annual IT Infrastructure Service Transformation Plan and procurement plan.
- Analyze IT Infra requirements considering business impact and strategic value.
- Strategize IT disaster recovery and oversee Business Continuity Plan implementation.
- Manage the IT service desk and incident/problem resolution processes.
- Continuously assess and improve IT service processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Implement best practices to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Ensure core IT Infrastructure and services meet agreed SLAs for high availability.
- Manage asset inventories, vendor relationships, and financial records.
- Track Capex and Opex spending for finance and audit purposes.
- Provide business tools, knowledge, and ensure compliance with cyber and physical security processes.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of IT experience in managing IT Infra operations/service delivery.
- Experience leading IT Infrastructure Operations for Enterprises.
- Proficiency in IT service and vendor management.
- Strong strategic planning, project management, budgeting, and policy development skills.
- Knowledge of private and public cloud computing standards.
- Background in Infrastructure design and operations.
- Strong technical and Project Management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in IT service management, project management, or cyber security are desirable.
