We are helping customers in two areas : a) Cloud Governance : Helping businesses with Cloud FinOps, Security, and Reliability Governance.b) Modernization : Helping businesses improve the efficiency, maintainability, and scalability of Cloud Applications by moving them to Serverless or Kubernetes platforms.Role Overview : We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own design, architecture and delivery of multiple customer engagements, and help create reusable solutions for rapidly scaling our Cloud Consulting business.Key Responsibilities :Architecting Solutions :- Define the architecture and solution approach for customer problems.- Ability to think and design extendable, reusable solutions and define end to end (UX to deployment) architectures.- Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure exceptional quality of the team's deliverables.- Hands-On development when necessary Delivery Management :- Guide the project delivery teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.- Ensure projects are executed following best practices and standards.- Monitor project progress, address any potential delays or obstacles, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Requirements :- 5 + years of experience with an Engineering Degree in Computer Science - Must have built and managed small teams and worked with customers across North America- Deep expertise in building and deploying applications on AWS.- Hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Cloud Operations, and Cloud Cost Optimization- Strong technical background with experience in Python scripting and familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, Step Functions, and AWS Batch.- Good understanding of Postgres, Athena, and SQL. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach who is very organized and diligent.
