Timely release of Inspection report and Issuance of material dispatch clearance for Modules and other Mechanical packages of the Renewable projects.
Process improvements at Vendor end to meet quality requirements for Modules of Renewable projects.
Analyzing the non conformity for implementing Right Solution through RCA, FMEA, MSA.
Timely resolution of Quality issues to improve product performance at Vendors end for Modules and other Mechanical packages of the Renewable projects.
Preparation and monitoring of TPI Man days for performing supply inspection as per the allocated Budget.
Preparation of TPI NFA, PR & SES for the Man power requirements as per the projects.
New Vendor assessment is carried out as per the requirement
Conducting Field Audits as per the instructions of Head QA.
Uploading of Documents in the Common share folders on real time basis.
Preparation , review of departmental SOPs and Maintaining of all the relevant documents as per the QMS requirement.
Qualifications Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) Experience : 10 Years
