Job description
- Setup of new Facilities and Furnishing
- Identifying, short listing and finalizing premises for new offices and facilities
- Preparation and Finalization of Layout and BOQ as per company uniformity plan.
- Close supervision of the interior and allied work for timely completion of the project.
- Ensuring smooth setting up of offices with minimum impact to the business and employees.
- Office Lease and Licensing
- Keeping records of all lease and licensing agreements of the offices
- Coordinating with Landlords/Builders, legal department and executing lease agreements.
- Obtaining necessary approvals from management and inviting tenders related to interior and allied works and executing them.
- Security, Compliance, liasoning, etc.
- Asset and Infrastructure Management
- Maintenance of all company assets and infrastructure
- Monitoring & facilitation of servicing and repairing of assets as per maintenance schedules & register.
- Coding, recordkeeping and keeping a record of depreciation/book value of the assets.
- Handling of AMCs (annual maintenance contracts) of all the assets and furniture like HVAC, M & E equipment, chairs, etc.
