Rooms Division Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to join our team as a Rooms Division Lecturer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hotel management, with a focus on classroom and practical training. The successful candidate will be responsible for imparting knowledge, skills, and industry insights to aspiring hotel management students.

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree or Post Graduation in Hotel Management.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the hotel industry.
In-depth understanding of Front Office and Housekeeping departments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom sessions to deliver theoretical knowledge related to Rooms Division operations.
Organize and supervise practical training sessions, providing students with real-world insights into the hotel industry.
Develop and update curriculum content to align with industry trends and standards.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical demonstrations.
Mentor and guide students to enhance their skills and prepare them for successful careers in hotel management.
Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's or Post Graduate degree in Hotel Management.
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in various roles within the hotel industry.
Thorough knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
Proven track record of effective communication and presentation skills.
