Designation:Pyro Rotary Kiln Engineer

Location: Vadodara
Qualification:Diploma /B. E. - Mechanical / Chemical
Experience: 10 + years
Roles and responsibilities:
- Business engagement to improve governance, Work in close collaboration with Engineering Product line.
- Basic design calculations.
- Prepare project specifications and data sheets for package equipment.
- Prepare quality plans and equipment ITPs.
- Basic understanding of project PFDs and P&IDs.
- Understanding process design calculations.
- Preparation of GA drawings, Detail Drawing and as Built Drawing for Pyro equipment.
- Prepare valve and instrument lists for package equipment.
- Specification of all materials and services.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of supplier proposals.
- Prepare valve and instrument lists for package equipment.
- Prepare functional design specifications for package control/safety systems.
- Prepare technical installation and maintenance manuals.
- Technical and commercial evaluation of supplier proposals.
Technical Competencies:
- Essential expertise in 2D & 3D drafting and Solid modelling.
- Working knowledge on Autodesk EDM Vault Solutions, SAP PDM PLM Inventor etc.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards would be a significant advantage.
- Prior experience of Kiln systems, combustion equipment, Pre-heaters in an industrial environment would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of international codes and standards would be a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Hot kiln alignment., Kiln girth gear alignment.
- Repair and replacement of Kiln & Ball mill equipment
- Competent problem solver with sound understanding of engineering principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, and externally with suppliers and end users.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary to achieve objectives.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Implementation of Design change request and updating of ISO Formats for design dept.
- Maintaining and updating the ISO formats.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
