Brief Job Description We seek a qualified Social Media Community Executive to join our amazing team. If you are a tech-savvy professional experienced in Social Media, PR and Promotional Events, we want to buy you a coffee.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and can develop as well as QA content that fits a brand narrative. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to easily moderate online and offline conversations with our client brands’ communities.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of multiple brands and manage all community communications.

Top 3 Requirements Kick-ass verbal communication skills. Kick-ass writing skills. Impeccable attention to detail and ability to multitask. Note: Your grammar, written and verbal skills must be top-notch!

Other Required Skills & Responsibilities Assist the Social Media Manager with campaign ideas that align with clients' marketing strategies. Develop and QA Social Media posts and Ad Creatives with engaging/persuasive copy. Coordinate with clients' Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand and tone consistency. Hands-on experience with social media coordination for brands. Liaise with all clients' Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products, features and services. Respond to comments and customer queries within the timelines set out. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews. Build relationships with customers and potential customers of client brands. Liaise with industry professionals and experts to keep updated with best practices. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Further Requirements Proven work experience as a Social Media Community Executive or something similar. Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series or writing an email newsletter). Ability to identify and track relevant metrics. Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics. Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels. BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
