Role Description

This is a contract role for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for selling Enthu.AI's services to new and existing clients. This is an on-site role, located in Mohali district, and involves making calls to potential customers to close deals. The incumbent will be working in US timezone

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or customer support
• Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Experience with telesales, including cold calling and lead generation
• Understanding of customer behavior and psychology
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
