Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Full Stack Development Trainer located in Egmore. The Full Stack Development Trainer will deliver training sessions to individuals or groups both in-person and virtually. They will design training programs, giving feedback during training sessions, provide mentorship to learners, follow up on their progress, and assess their performance to ensure learners meet certification and job readiness benchmarks.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in full-stack development including technical topics such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, Node, PHP, Python, JQuery, Vue.js, and databases such as SQL or MongoDB
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to learners of varying backgrounds
• A passion for education and training, and a desire to help learners improve their skills and careers
• Experience in curriculum design and development, with an ability to develop and refine training programs that meet job market demands
• Experience in teaching or training is a plus
