Position: CFO Location: Hyderabad We are looking for an experienced Finance Professional who is willing to own organization’s financial strategy & management that incorporates necessary financial measures and controls for sustainable organizational growth, revenues and profits. Roles & Responsibilities: Take lead role and drive company's financial planning, in collaboration with Business CEO and Business leadership team. Head Company’s Treasury operations and ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations including banking and financing responsibilities. Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. Establish business metrics needed for measurement of operational and financial efficiencies. Closely monitor performance of Business units with help of operational and financial KPIs and guide the business teams. Develop, implement and monitor financial control systems and policies to ensure that financial goals are communicated to each business unit and departments. Analyze and anticipate company and Business Units performance by establishing suitable financial models. Lead and set-up company’s finance IT system for reliable MIS for current and forecasting needs. Guide and develop a team of finance and accounting professionals. Guide teams in ensuring compliance with the law and company’s policies. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant, with a proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role. Experience with multiple rounds of funding for well-known startup(s) which have gone public. In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods, deriving intelligence out of disparate pieces of information. Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel and financial management software. Ability to strategize and solve problems. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
