Warehouse Supervisor -
1) Experience- 1+ yrs
2) Job Location- Vasai, Mumbai
3) Office timing- 9.30 am- 7.30 pm
4) Working days- Monday- Saturday
5) Salary- up to 2.60 LPA
6) Education- Mechanical Engineer Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying,
dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods - Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Design and Implementation of Barcode Management Information System
- Minimize the risk of theft and stolen goods
- Make the warehouse scrap free
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse
status - Identify areas of improvement and establish innovatively or adjust existing work procedures and
practices - Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
Education/Experience
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
