Job description
Responsibilities:
1. Designing and delivering training programs on UI/UX principles, methodologies, and best practices.
2. Developing curriculum and instructional materials for UI/UX courses, workshops, and training sessions.
3. Conducting interactive training sessions, both in-person and online, to educate students on UI/UX concepts and techniques.
4. Providing hands-on guidance and mentoring to students, assisting them in developing practical UI/UX skills.
5. Evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback to support their learning and growth.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and incorporating them into the training programs.
7. Collaborating with other trainers and subject matter experts to enhance the overall quality of the UI/UX training offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Extensive experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a professional setting.
2. Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
3. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively deliver training sessions and engage with students.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
6. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
7. Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated with the evolving UI/UX landscape.
8. Relevant certifications or degrees in UI/UX design or related fields are advantageous.
