With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. Job Title: Admission Counsellor Experience: 1-3 years Location: Gurugram (On-Site) Joining: Immediate A lot more about you: We are looking for Admission Counsellors for our Bootcamp Admissions (Sales) Team. The incumbent will be responsible for bringing in admissions to the program via outbound calling for counselling candidates who have shown any interest in the program through our website or any other medium. What is Job Bootcamp? Bootcamp is a 9-12 month job bootcamp program designed to enhance the technical skills of our current and prospective learners from a novice to an expert as a full stack developer to attract rewarding job opportunities. Roles and responsibilities: Counseling potential learners on their career path. Someone whom the learners can look up to Owning the sales life cycle: includes outbound tele calling, live demonstration, sales closure and admission operations Explaining the program offering to the prospective candidates Taking prospective candidates to the journey of admission till the time they are onboarded Handling admission operations Who are we looking for? A quick learner, confident, and high on energy Someone with great communication and coordination skills, empathetic and convincing traits Has analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities Knowledge of working with data using excel or google sheets Someone with proven performance in tele sales, comfortable in high ticket-size sales Great Listener Additional Information: There will be 2-3 interview rounds as part of the selection process We are looking for immediate joiners Minimum 1 year of Ed-tech sales experience is mandatory Languages Preferred- English, HindiJob tags
