Proso AI is seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PPM Lead to join our dynamic team in Noida/NCR. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and possess exceptional leadership qualities. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Oracle PPM team, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle PPM solutions. Design, develop, and implement Oracle PPM modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices. Configure, customize, and maintain Oracl PPM applications to meet evolving business needs. Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle PPM implementations, integrations, and upgrades. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to optimize Oracle PPM functionality. Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and training materials. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in Oracle PPM, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) implementation and support. Proficiency in Oracle PPM modules, including Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Labor, and Financials. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members towards common goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels. Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle PPM projects from inception to completion. Experience with Oracle Cloud PPM is highly desirable. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners and candidates based in Noida/NCR will be preferred.Job tags
