Job description

We have openings for Female Front Office / receptionist – for Branded Beauty Treatment Clinic Salem, Near Four Roads.

Role : Front office executive

Skill set:
• Should have good communication skill in English and Tamil. Should welcome clients; assist them to respective doctors or medical authorities.
• Should have computer knowledge and attend phone calls and fix patient appointments based on the availability of doctors.
• Should do administrative work, maintain clean reception area and maintain customer/ client reports.
• Inform clients about the latest services and discounts.

Working time: 10 am to 7 pm or 11 am to 8 pm. Sat and Sun will be working. 1 day Week off on any other weekday.

Work Location: Four Roads, Salem, Tamil Nadu.

Salary-12K-15K per month plus incentives.
