Role & Responsibilities:Â Â Â
-Well experienced (3-5 years preferred) in residential interior design/ hospitality/ commercial interior design projects
-Deep Understanding & Expertise in 2D floor plan, electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, lighting and HVAC, MEP plans
-Advanced knowledge and understanding of materialsÂ
-Managing the delivery of project from conceptualization, design finalization and execution
-Develop space planning concepts and mood boards.
-Manage design coordination with both internal and external stakeholders.
-Advance skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup.
-Highly creative and detail oriented.
-Stay informed about current design trends and development
-Discuss designs with clients for custom ordering or with manufacturers
-Site visits will be a part of this role to ensure design intent is being followed
-Liaise with craftsmen or production department staff to ensure design intent is being followed during manufacturing
