Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Pune for a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Kharadi, Pune.
The Manager will be responsible for the following:
1. Monthly Revenue Receivables Projections
2. Pro-Active Customer Interaction
3. Satisfactory Query Handling & Grievance Redressal
4. Preparation of Bank NOCs for Home Loans
5. Generation of Demand Letters & Payment Receipts
6. Rigorous Follow-Up on Payment Collection
Qualifications
- Adept in Payment Collection, Agreement Registration &Software Handling
- On-Ground experience in Payment Collection & Agreement Registration Related Processes
- A bachelor's or Post Graduate with hands on experience of Real Estate concepts & CRM Operations
- Experience in real estate industry is a plus
