SUMMARY: -
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities within a specific geographical area or region. Their primary role is to lead a team of sales executives and ensure that the company's financial products or services, such as stocks, bonds, commodities, or insurance, are effectively marketed and sold to clients within their designated area. Their goal is to drive sales growth and profitability within their assigned area or region.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team Members
 Ensure individual and team performance as per norms
 Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
 Acquire Quality clients for Broking & Third Party Products through networking, data base; market Intelligence, references from existing clients and assigned leads from the organization
 Generate Cross Sell revenue through financial planning
 Promote Focus Product of the month
 Maintain records of Meetings in CRM
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (10years minimum)
Candidate should have overall experience of around 10-15 years in the desired role with team management experience of min 5years
Qualification Required Graduate or Post Graduate
Other Details/ Mandatory Certification Team managing/handling in the current experience is a must
Reporting to Regional Director
