Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR Management, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR policies, and Human Resources (HR). The Human Resources Executive will oversee the day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

Experience : 0 to 1 Year.
