Job Title: ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant

Location: Rau. Indore

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: INR 9.0-10.0 Lakhs per annum

Company Overview:
A 25 years old company engaged in the production and manufacturing of FRP engineering components. We have 4 factory units in Rau - Pithampur area and the candidate has to manage all the accounting and financial planning and execution activities from the Rau Head Unit. There is a team of 5 senior and junior accountants who will be reporting to you and will help in management of the above mentioned activities.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant to join our team and oversee all accounting and finance activities within our company. As the Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance and decision-making.
Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.
Coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations to ensure compliance.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for strategic planning and budgeting purposes.
Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, GST, and other statutory filings.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other external parties on matters related to financing and investments.
Knowledge of cost accounting is desirable.
Qualifications:

ICAI Certification is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Experience in auditing and internal controls is a plus.
High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
