The Digital Enablement team organizes customer projects with flawless execution and achieves excellent customer experience. The team is a champion in enhancing strategic client engagements with client partners, by facilitating the hand-off between sales and delivery teams and by collaborating with Practice and Support teams.

Job Description – Project Manager (

Relevant Experience 8+ )

§ Flexible with APAC, US, and EMEA geography teams to deliver solutions to the different customers in accounts. § Work experience on Infrastructure Cloud Projects. § Run the entire Project life cycle end to end, with the adherence to PMI process. § Direct multiple projects and work on the execution and drive to close. § Acts as the primary interface to the customer, other vendors, and alliance personnel associated with the project’s Team. § To facilitate the delivery of the Solution Maturing phase of the project by managing the development and approval of the Solutions Organization detailed/matured Technical Solution Document ready for the Implementation phase of the project. § To conduct Project Definition Workshops with all the stakeholders and produce the written report - the Project Definition Report. § To work with the Delivery Integration Team to ensure that all relevant internal teams and alliance teams are engaged to deliver the service at the implementation. § Responsible for remote coordination of infrastructure implementation/integration § Estimate initial project cost and timing with the help of project team members of different Geographies or customers as desired. § Microsoft Project Plan Development and Management § To engage and manage technical resources to deliver the project plan. § Acquire budget approval for all Project Costs - hardware & software spend, resource costs, floor space, licenses, etc. § Create necessary documents with attention to quality and adhere to the account-specific process requirements. § To deliver the project plan to scope, timescales, and budget by tracking all activities against the Plan and all actual costs against the budget. § Identify and manage cost, schedule, or scope changes to the projects. § Follow Account specific Project change review processes and submit Project change requests. § To agree on deliverables/milestones and report project progress to the account-specific management in place on the project. § To chair regular Technical Project Review Meetings, and Customer facing Meetings (if required), attend Review Meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate. § To manage risks and issues impacting project deliverables § Maintain all required documentation in a central repository. § To escalate relevant issues and risks in accordance with the Project Issue and Risk Management Procedure and the account-specific Process. § To manage all changes in accordance with the Change Management Process to prevent the implementation of unauthorized changes and cost exposures.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field PMP Certification Cloud Certifications are an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project and program management Working knowledge of Microsoft Project. Hands on experience on Clarizen tool is an added advantage. Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
