Job Title - Channel Account Manager
Location - Chennai
Reports to - Zonal Head-South
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Directly manage Industrial Distributor & customers for business Development
- Independent responsibility for managing sales and business development activities of the segment in the state.
- Responsible for achieving business plan & Annual Plan targets in the assigned territory;
- Sales Forecasting
- Implementation of various marketing programs at the field level viz. customer meets, dealer service representative training program, dealer meets, implement schemes to boost sales, competition tracking and feedback to HO, etc.
- Recruit New Channel Partners for Growth without disturbing any BU'S existing business
Qualification
- BE(Mechanical/Chemical) +MBA / PGDBM (optional)
Experience
- 4-5 years prior experience in Sales/business development preferably from Lubricant industry
- Experience in managing channel & interacting with multiple stakeholders
- Can communicate in Tamil
- Product knowledge/exposure in Industrial Customers, Territory, lubricant & manufacturing industry will be preferred.
