Job Location: Hyderabad/Bhimavaram

Previous experience in a service desk or customer support role is a plus.

Strong understanding of desktop operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•
Flexible to 24X7 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
