Role Description :-

Clix Capital is looking for a full-time Unsecured Business Loan Sales Manager to join our Visakhapatnam location . The Business Loan Sales Manager will lead the sales team, manage large and existing clients, and develop new business relationships to generate revenue. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of the financial product industry, and experience in sales management.

Qualifications :-

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry and experience in sales management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and able to develop sales strategies and plans
• Proven ability in developing and managing client relationships and building long-term partnerships with clients
• Able to work independently and effectively manage a sales team
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer behaviors to develop effective sales campaigns and products
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
